PUBLIC NOTICE - - - - 6 - GREENWOOD-WASKOM FIELD 25-338 thru 25-340 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBERR 23, 2025, upon the application of BPX OPERATING COMPANY. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Greenwood-Waskom Field, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. 1. To permit the applicant to drill, designate and utilize two cross unit horizontal unit wells previously approved in Office of Conservation Order No. 270-MM-180, effective August 5, 2025, for HA RA SUSS, HA RA SU71 and HA RA SUII, with lateral lengths extended beyond their previously approved distances as shown on the plat submitted with the application and made a part hereof, in exception to the spacing provisions of the 270-MM Series of Orders, and to provide that no portion of the perforated length of lateral in the cross unit wells should be located closer than (a) 330’ to any west or east unit boundary; (b) 100’ to any north or south unit boundary, except for the common unit boundaries between said units; and (c) 200’ to any well in a competitive unit completed in, drilling to, or for which a permit has been granted to drill to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A. 2. To find that Apex Natural Gas, LLC, should continue as operator of the existing unit well for HA RA SUSS, being the Trosper Heirs 3 H No. 1 Well; and BPX Operating Company should serve as operator of the two extended cross unit horizontal alternate unit wells that are the subject of this application, in exception to the single operator per unit policy of the Office of Conservation. 3. To find that Apex Natural Gas, LLC and BPX Operating Company should report production from the wells which they operate serving HA RA SUSS separately from one another; and to provide that production from each cross unit horizontal well shall be separated and metered individually and this information shall be reported in the manner prescribed by the Office of Conservation. 4. Except insofar as set forth above, to confirm and continue in effect the provisions of Order No. 270-MM, effective June 19, 2007, as amended and supplemented by the 270-MM Series of Orders, the units created thereby and applicable Statewide Orders. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A was defined in Order No. 270-MM, effective June 19, 2007, and was redefined INSOFAR AND ONLY INSOFAR as HA RA SUII is concerned, in Order No. 270-MM-18, effective May 19, 2009, and as to HA RA SU71, in Order No. 270-MM-44, effective April 6, 2010.
