PL 25-023 In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with reference to the provisions of Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended by Act 16 of the Extraordinary Session of 1973, being Chapter 7 of Title 30, and particularly Section 542(a) of said Act, a public hearing will be held in the La Belle Room located on the first floor of the LaSalle Office Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on November 4, 2025, upon the application of MARAIS PIPELINE, LLC.
