NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that, the U.S. Marshal has scheduled a U.S. Marshal’s judicial sale of all of the right, title, and interest of Defendant, MOF-Willows, LLC (formerly GMF-Willows, LLC), in and to the Project, subject to the absolute right of Plaintiff, as foreclosing creditor in the Proceeding, to cancel or postpone any judicial sale. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the U.S. Marshal’s judicial sale is scheduled for January 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing Central Time in the lobby of the Hale Boggs Federal Building – Courthouse, 500 Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. The U.S. Marshal’s judicial sale is to be with the benefit of appraisement, with the minimum bid at the first-conducted judicial sale of the Project to be not less than two-thirds of the appraised value of the Project, on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis, for cash to the highest bidder, with the full purchase price to be paid by the successful bidder by 1:00 p.m. prevailing Central Time on the day of the sale in cash or by cashier’s or certified check or by credit-bid if Plaintiff is the successful bidder. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the U.S. Marshal’s judicial sale date or the manner in which the sale will be conducted may change.
