JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 875-297 U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST VERSUS JARED A. DAIGLE AND JENNY ORGERON DAIGLE By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated May 4, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 5, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as ACADIANA SUBDIVISION, all in accordance with a plan of resubdivision by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated March 17, 2004, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 22234, adopted on June 23, 2004, said ordinance filed at COB 3128, folio 108. According to said plan, said lot is designated as LOT 17 in SQUARE B. Lot 17 is bounded by Villemont Court, Savannah Lane (side), Cedar Creek Street (side), and Barataria Boulevard (side) and measures 66.69 feet front on Villemont Court, 144.49 feet in the rear, by a depth of 122.61 feet along the westerlymost sideline and 144.90 feet along the easterlymost sideline. And according to a survey by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated July 23, 2012, revised to show improvements August 22, 2012, said lot has the same designation, location and dimensions as mentioned above. (“Property”). This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
