MCCORMICK, JR. A/K/A ENNIS JAMES MCCORMICK, JR. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 23, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THOSE CERTAIN PIECES OR PORTIONS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Shadow Lake Subdivision, being a resub division of that portion of Lake Timberlane Estates, formerly designated as parcels FF-7A, FF-7C-1, FF 7E, FF-7F, FF-7G, FF-15, FF-16, and FF-17; said plan of resub division by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., L.S., dated January 30, 1984, approved under Ordinance No. 15897, adopted by the Jefferson Parish Council on February 29, 1984, filed of record on March 16, 1984, under Entry No. 8411831 in COB 1070 folio 176; and as per Act of Dedication before Jacquelyn A. Bruchi, Notary Public, dated March 27, 1984 filed of record under Entry No. 8421695 in COB 1074 folio 488, and as per plan of resub division made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., L.S., dated March 11, 1986, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council on April 16, 1986, under Ordinance No. 16854, recorded under Entry No. 8619044, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: LOT 19-A, SQUARE J, which said square is bounded by Flamingo Road, Whisper Lane, the Northern boundary of the Subdivision and Drake Lane, and said Lot 19-A forms the corner of Drake Lane and Flamingo Road, and measures thence 65 feet front on Flamingo Road, same width across the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal parallel lines; all as per survey made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., L.S., dated May 31, 2986, re staked June 24, 1986, and resurveyed July 22, 1986, to show improvements designated as 1444 Flamingo Road (“Property”). This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
