JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 874-949 RICHARD MICHELSON VERSUS JACQUE M. MCQUAIG By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 22, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 5, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in SQUARE NUMBER, NINETY-EIGHT (98) of METAIRIEVILLE SUBDIVISION, bounded by Lilac Street, Lake Avenue, Magnolia Street and Orpheum Avenue, designated as LOT NUMBER TWENTY-TWO-A (22-A) on a survey made by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Surveyors, dated December 16, 1972, redated April 10, 1976, a copy of which is annexed to act passed before Oliver P. Carriere, Jr., Notary Public, dated April 15, 1976 and registered in COB 859, folio 616, and according to which, said lot commences at a distance of two hundred thirty (230’) feet from the corner of Lilac Street and Lake Avenue and measures thence fifty-three (53’) feet on Lilac Street, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of one hundred twenty (120’) feet. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal Number: 100 Lilac Street, Metairie, Louisiana. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
