JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 874-528 FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION VERSUS THE OPENED SUCCESSION OF PAULA MYERS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated May 4, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 5, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM UNIT, identified as UNIT 420, VILLA D'ORLEANS CONDOMINIUM, created pursuant to Declaration Creating and Establishing a Condominium Property Regime for Villa D'Orleans Regime for Villa D'Orleans Development, Inc. before William D. McArthur, N.P., dated September 10, 1984, registered in COB 1100, folio 102, as amended by Amendment to Act of Declaration Creating and Estabishing a Condominium Regime for Villa D'Orleans Condominium Regime for Villa D'Orleans Condominium, dated March 12, 1986, registered in COB 1435, olio 236 (collectively the "Condominium Declaration"), together with its .777 undivided percent interest in the Common Elements, and which unit is located on the following described parcels of ground: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the STATE LOUISIANA, PARISH OF JEFFERSON, in that part thereof known HESSMER FARMS SUBDIVISION, and designated as LOT 215-A, all, per print of survey made by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C. dated August 29, 1963, approved by the Jefferson Parish Co Under Ordinance No. 6309, recorded in COB 580, folio 683, said portion of ground is more fully described as follows, to-wit: LOT 215-A is situated in that area bounded by Edenborn Ave Veterans Memorial Highway, Hessmer Avenue and 31st Street, formerly 18th or 23rd Street, and said Lot 215-A is composed of Lots A, B, C and D of original Plot 215 and a portion of Lot A of Plot 210. According to the aforesaid, Lot 215-A meaures 247 feet front on Edenborn Avenue, by a depth of 210 feet between equal and parallel lines. All of the above may be noted more fully by referenced print of survey by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.E., dated July 28, 1965. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 3110 Edenborn Avenue, unit 420, Metairie, Louisiana. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
