JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 874-252 STANDARD MORTGAGE CORPORATION VERSUS LUISA MENDOSA ISABA WIFE OF/AND RENE A. ISABA By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 6, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH of JEFFERSON, STATE of LOUISIANA, in SQUARE 58 of EASTBANK SUBDIVISION, bounded by Wilson and Jefferson Avenues, Versailles and Market Streets, and according to a survey made by Adloe Orr, Jr. and Associates, C.E., dated July 28, 1954, the said portion of ground commences 1020 feet from the corner of Wilson Avenue and Versailles Street, measures 60 feet front on Wilson Avenue, 48.29 feet in width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet on the side line nearest to and parallel with Versailles Street, and by a first depth on the opposite sideline of 104 feet and thence on an obtuse angle a second depth of 19.83 feet to the rear property line; which said portion of ground is composed of the whole of original Lots 52 and 53 and the greater portion of Original Lot 54. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
