Lot 13-B forms the corner of 31st and Panama Streets and measures one hundred fifteen feet (115’) front on 31st Street, the same in width in the rear, by a depth and front on Panama Street of one hundred ten feet (110’), according to a plan of Adloe Orr, Jr., & Associates, C.E., dated March 2, 1963, a copy of which is annexed to ordinance no. 714 of the City of Kenner, registered in COB 569, folio 279 of the conveyance records of the Parish of Jefferson.
