JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 874-059 BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. VS SUSAN L. MYERS (A/K/A SUSAN LEEFE MYERS) By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 26, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on June 17, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A certain lot or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, prescriptions, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, being situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Square No. 118, Airline Park North Subdivision, bounded by Bullard Avenue, Mason Smith Avenue, Camphor Street and Lafreniere Street, designated as Lot No, 39 on a survey and plan of resubdivision by H.E. Landry, Sr., C.E. & S., dated 7/15/1957, and revised 9/30/1957, and approved by the Police Jury for the Parish of Jefferson by Ordinance No, 3592, which is registered in COB 434, folio 323, bearing Clerk of Court Entry No. 110-032, and also on a particular plan by said surveyor, dated 7/29/1958, and according to which plan said Lot No. 39 commences at a distance of 129 feet from the corner of Bullard Avenue and Camphor Street, and measures thence 65 feet front on Bullard Avenue, the same in width in the rear, by a depth of 101 feet between equal and parallel lines; all in accordance with survey of J.L. Fontcuberta, Surveyor, dated 7/21/1970, a copy of which is attached to Act before Roy L. Price, Notary, dated 8/19/1970; all in accordance with a survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., S. & E., dated 12/30/1994, a copy of which is attached to Entry No. 95-03988. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 1408 Bullard Avenue, Metairie, LA. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
