JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 873-920 PINGORA LOAN SERVICING, LLC VERSUS THE UNOPENED SUCCESSION OF CHARLES L. NICELY, (A/K/A CHARLES LEE NICELY) AND LEANE MARIE SCHERER AND CAROLYN SCHERER DUPUY By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 19, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on June 10, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in SQUARE “E” of BELMONT PLACE, bounded by Belmont Place, N. Line of Subdivision, Kenner-N.O. Interstate Highway, Jeferson Drive Subdivision, N. Turnbull Drive and 33rd Street, designated as LOT NO. 2 on a survey made by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveyor, dated May 30, 1974, revised July 1, 1983, a copy of which is annexed to an Act of Mortgage dated August 1, 1983 by act passed before Gerald Wasserman, Notary Public, recorded in MOB 888, Folio 264, and according thereto, said LOT commences at a distance of 360 feet from the corner of Belmont Place and 33rd Street, measures thence 60 feet front on Belmont Place, same width in the rear, by a depth on the sideline nearer to 33rd Street of 100.92 feet, and a depth on the opposite sideline of 101.20 feet. And according to a survey made by S. Z. S. Consultants dated December 7, 1993, the above-described property has the same location, designation and dimensions as hereinabove set forth. Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 2509 Belmont Place, Metairie, Louisiana 70001. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
