JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 873-505 GITSIT SOLUTIONS, LLC, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF GV TRUST 2025-1 VERSUS PATRICIA ADAMS LINER By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 12, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, and privileges, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson State of Louisiana, in Jefferson Drive Subdivision, depicted upon a plan made by S. A. Calongne, C.E., dated December 20, 1927,and being a subdivision of original Lot 5 and being a part of the rear portion of former Rosedale Plantation and lying within Section 45 T12, S, R10-E, Southeastern District of Louisiana, which plan is annexed to an act before Roger Meunier, N.P. dated January 23, 1928, and according to a survey of R. L. Schumann, Land Surveyor, dated May 10, 1974, annexed hereto and made a part hereof, said lots of ground are designated and described as follows: Lots 3 and 4 of Square 25, bounded by N. Turnbull Drive (formerly Jefferson Drive, 31st and 33rd Streets, and eastern line of the subdivision, which said lots adjoin each other and said Lot 3 being closer to the corner of N. Turnbull and 33rd Street and said lot commences at a distance of 50 feet from the corner of N. Turnbull and 33rd Street and each lot measures thence 25 feet front on N. Turnbull Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal parallel lines This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
