CAMARDELLE A/K/A ALLEN CAMARDELLE By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 12, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part known as White House Subdivision, in the City of Westwego, in Square 10, bounded by Avenue "A", Otto Street (formerly 11th Street), the Salaville Line (Laroussinin Street side) and 10th Street, which said lots of ground are a resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 of Square 10, Whitehouse Subdivision, as shown on the sketch attached to Ordinance No. 564, City of Westwego, and approved by the City of Westwego on October 4, 1960, recorded in COB 526, folio 307, Entry No. 200888, and according to said sketch, said lots are designated as Lots "B" and "C"; said Lot "B" and "C" adjoin each other and measure each 32’ feet front on Avenue "A", same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 90’ feet. Said Lot "B" forms the corner of Tenth and Avenue "A". All as more fully shown on plan of survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Surveying and Engineering, dated March 9, 1968, a copy of which is annexed to act registered in COB 700, folio 993.
