JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 873-378 NEWREZ LLC VERSUS HARRY LOUIS STANLEY JR By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 10, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Terrytown Subdivision, Section 3, being part of Oakdale Subdivision, Section B, First Ward, all in accordance with the Survey registered in COB 510 folio 492, and in Plan Book 39, folio 66, which said property is more fully described as Lot No. 23 in Square No. 59, bounded by Cooper Road, East Forest Lawn Drive, Fordham Place, and Heritage Avenue, which said Lot commences at a distance of 297 feet from the corner of Cooper Road and East Forest Lawn Drive and measures thence 61 feet front on Cooper Road, by a width in the rear of 58.66 feet, by a depth along the side line nearer East Forest Lawn Drive of 110 feet, by a depth along the opposite side line of 110 feet; all in accordance with survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. and Associates, C.E., dated July 17, 1961, resurveyed March 29, 1972, copy annexed hereto This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
