JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 873-276 BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. VERSUS RA'SHEEKA K. BURRAS HOLMES (A/K/A RA'SHEEKA K. BURRAS, RA'SHEEKA K. HOLMES) By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 27, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in that part thereof known as TIMBERLANE VILLAGE, PHASE #1, as per plan of resubdivision registered in COB 1021, folio 157, and according to which is designated as follows: Lot No. 5, Square "G" all as more fully shown on survey made by J. J, Krebs and Son, Inc., dated March 1, 1983, resurveyed March 10, 1983. All in accordance with the survey of Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie Surveying Inc., dated January 17, 1989, said lot is situated and designated as hereinabove set forth and said square is bounded by Sugarloaf Drive, Aspen Drive, Parcel "L" and Parcel F-1 side, and commences at a distance of 245 feet from the corner of Sugarloaf Drive and Aspen Drive, and measures thence 60 feet front on Sugarloaf Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines.
