JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 873-251 CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC VERSUS YESSICA E. CACERES A/K/A YESSICA CACERES By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 5, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on June 17, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in that part thereof known as Belle Meade Subdivision, Unit B, all as per plan by Adloe Orr, Jr., and Associates, Civil Engineer, dated 2/19/68, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council by Emergency Ordinance No. 8783, recorded in COB 689, folio 23, and ratifying Ordinance No. 6802, recorded in COB 681, folio 374, and per Act of Dedication before Bernhardt C. Heebe, Notary Public, dated July 14, 1968, recorded in COB 682, folio 71, and survey of J. L. Fontcuberta, Surveyor, dated April 18, 1976, and according to survey of R. L. Schumann and Associates, Land Surveyor, dated June 27, 1977, the said portion of ground is further designated and described as follows: Lot 522, Square 15, which said square is bounded by Lapalco Blvd., Woodmeade Court, west boundary of Belle Meade Unit B, and Parcel A, and Parcel B (side), Westmeade Drive, Glenmeade Court (side), and Bellemeade Boulevard (side), and the said Lot 522 commences at a distance of 365 feet from the corner of Westmeade Drive and Woodmeade Court and measures thence 60.00 feet front on Westmeade Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 105.00 feet between equal and parallel lines.
