Webb, Surveyor, dated March 12, 1952, the same above described property is situated in the said parish and city, is designated by the no. 9 n Square 83, which square is bounded by Anson, Madison, Monroe and Burmaster Streets, said Lot 9 commencing at a distance of 128.13 feet from the corner of Madison and Anson Streets, and measures thence 64.06 feet on Anson Street in the direction of Monroe Street, with the same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 160 feet.
