Landry, Civil Engineer, dated March 3, 1977, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council by virtue of ordinance no. 13104, adopted October 12, 1977, a copy of which is on file in the office of the clerk of court, Parish of Jefferson, in COB 911, folio 254, entry no. 7967333 and is more fully described as follows to-wit: Lot 577, which said lot measures 75 feet front on West Friendship Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. Lot 577 is bounded by West Friendship Drive, Orbit Court, Orbit Court (side), and Par 3 Drive (side), (formerly Horace Street). Said lot commences at a distance of 475.41 feet from the corner of West Friendship Drive and Orbit Court. All as more fully shown on survey by Wilton J. Dufrene, Land Surveyor, dated September 26, 1985, November 12, 1985, and redated June 10, 1986, a copy of which is attached to that act filed as COB 1500, folio 36, entry no. 8629586 in the records of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
