KIRKLAND A/K/A RICKEY KIRKLAND AND LORI CRESSIONNIE A/K/A LORI CRESSIONNIE By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated February 23, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: All that parcel of land in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, as more fully described in deed book 3160, page 882, ID# 102392, being known and designated as Lot 14, block square 14, Section 9E, Bissonnet Plaza, recorded 05/30/1962. That certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the servitudes, rights and appurtenances thereunto applying, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Bissonnet Plaza Subdivision, Section No. 9-E, being part of Elmwood Lafreniere Plantation, in square no. 14, bounded by Blanke Street, Craig Avenue, Gillan Street, Canal No. 2 and Power Boulevard, designated as Lot No. 14. All in accordance with the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, C.B., dated May 30, 1962, which said lot commences at a distance of 79.71 feet from the corner of Blanks Street and Craig Avenue, and measures thence 68 feet front on Blanke Street, the same in width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines.
