JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 872-312 JESSIE'S PROPERTIES, LLC VERSUS JEROME A. TAYLOR By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated March 24, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 5, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN PIECE OR OIRTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights and prescriptions (both liberative and acquisitive) and ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that part thereof known as AIRLINE PARK NORTH SUBDIVISION, being a portion of Elmwood and LaFreniere Plantations; all as per plan of subdivision made by H.E. Landry, C.E., dated September 1, 1954, revised October 20, 1954, approved by the Police Jury under Ordinance No. 2535, recorded in COB 366, folio 627, as per plan of resubdivision made by H. E. Landry, Sr., C.E. dated December 23, 1955, approved by the Police Jury under Ordinance No. 3141, recorded in COB 400, folio 143, and as per plan of subdivision made by H.E. Landry, Sr., C.E., dated May 23, 1958, approved under Ordinance No. 3783, recorded in COB 451, folio 354 and described as follows: LOT “K” of SQUARE 213, which said Square is bounded by Abadie Avenue, Camphor Street, Akron Avenue and LaFreniere Street. According to the aforesaid, Lot K of Square 213 commences at a distance of 174 feet from the corner of Abadie Avenue and Camphor Street and measures thence sixty-seven feet (67’) front on Abadie Avenue by a depth of one-hundred two and seventy-five hundredths feet (102.75’) between equal and parallel lines and is composed of portions of original Lots 5 and 6 adjoining, All according to a survey by Gilbert Kely and Couturie, Surveyors, dated December 28, 1979. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 1613 Abadie Avenue, Metairie, LA 70003. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
