JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 871-854 STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-BC4, U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE VERSUS RICHARD O. REESE A/K/A RICHARD O. REESE, SR. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated January 8, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: All that certain parcel of land situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Square "N" of Madison Park Subdivision, bounded by Madison Street, 39th Street, Taft Park, East Line of Subdivision, Canal No. 4 and Vernon Avenue, designated as Lot No. 3-A on a survey made by Harris and Varisco, Surveyors, dated March 12, 1974, according thereto, said lot commences at a distance of 135 feet from the corner of Madison Street and 39th Street measures thence 60 feet from the corner of Madison Street, the same in width in the rear by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey of James H, Couturie, Land Surveyor, (Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Surveying and Engineering), dated April 30, 1990, copy of which is annexed to an act passed before Warren E. Mouledoux, Jr., Notary Public, dated May 7, 1990. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, and appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
