PAVLOV A/K/A BRENDA PAVLOV, JESUS ROSALES AND GREGORIA ROSALES By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated January 16, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on June 10, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Meadowbrook Subdivision, Unit No. 2, being a resubdivision of original tracts 1, 2, and 3 of Oakdale Subdivision, Section "C", all as shown on plan of resubdivision by J.J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., C.E., dated July 19, 1966, approved by the Jefferson Parish Planning Department on January 5, 1967, and according to which said portion of ground is situated and measures as follows: Lot 27 of Square 19, which said square is bounded by Bannerwood Drive, Mt. Laural Drive, the eastern boundary of the subdivision and Blythewood Drive, said Lot 27 commences at a distance of 420 feet from the intersection of Bannerwood Drive and Mt. Laural Drive and measures thence 60 feet front on Bannerwood Drive, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines.
