Rosenson, NP, dated July 13, 1962, registered in COB 556/226, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, said Lot 39, commences at a distance of 60 feet from the corner of Anne Drive and Jamie Boulevard and measures thence, in the direction of West Tish Drive, a distance of 54 feet front on Anne Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet.
