JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 871-544 WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CFS15 GRANTOR TRUST VERSUS THE UNOPENED SUCCESSION OF AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARIE GILBERT HICKS A/K/A MARIE GILBERT HICKS A/K/A MARIE G. HICKS A/K/A MARIE HICKS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated January 9, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on April 1, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, in Parcel No. 3 of a portion of former Avondale Plantation and known as Avondale Homes, Section No. 2, on a plan of survey and subdivision by William Maier, C.E., dated July 20, 1960, a copy of which said plan is on file with the clerk of court for the Parish of Jefferson, attached to Entry No. 189-498, registered in COB 516/234, plan book 40, plan no. 40, according to which plan said lot is designated as Lot 39, in Square D, and according to a survey by William Maier, C.E., dated August 14, 1961, a copy of which is annexed to an act passed before Leonard H. Rosenson, NP, dated July 13, 1962, registered in COB 556/226, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, said Lot 39, commences at a distance of 60 feet from the corner of Anne Drive and Jamie Boulevard and measures thence, in the direction of West Tish Drive, a distance of 54 feet front on Anne Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
