Sandoz, C.E. & Surveyor, dated September 19, 1927 revised December 21, 1927 which portion is designated as Lots 31 and 32, Square 56, which lots adjoin each other and measure each 25 feet front on Esther Avenue by a similar width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines. Lot 31 commences 200 feet from the corner of 38th Street and Esther Avenue. Also being more particularly described on a plan of survey made by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveying and Engineering dated October 21, 1981, a copy of which is annexed hereto.
