JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 870-550 CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC VERSUS ERNEST WILLIAMS, JR. AND ELAN WILLIAMS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated November 25, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVISION NO. 7, being part of Oakdale Subdivision, Section "B", First Ward, all in accordance with the survey by Adloe Orr, Jr. Associates, C. E., dated May 10, 1960, approved by Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 4921, adopted February 16, 1961, registered in COB 524, folio 586, Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, on February 23, 1961, and in Plan Book 42, folio 50, Office of the Clerk of Court, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, which said property, according to the aforesaid plan is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: LOT 22 IN SQUARE 112, which square is bounded by East Lexington Avenue, Leslie Street, Legion Drive and North Lexington Avenue, and said Lot 22 commences at a distance of 69.56 feet from the corner of East Lexington Avenue and Leslie Street and measures thence a first frontage of 24.93 feet on East Lexington Avenue, a further frontage of 65.51 feet on East Lexington Avenue, a width in the rear of 30 feet, by a depth of 110.29 feet on the sideline nearer to Leslie Street, by a depth of 109.88 feet on the opposite sideline. All as more fully shown on survey made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C. E., dated July 14, 1971. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
