JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 870-495 WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR TRYON STREET ACQUISITION TRUST I VERSUS GOMEZ & SONS PROPERTIES, LLC AND DAVID LEDEZMA GOMEZ A/K/A DAVID EDUARDO LEDEZMA GOMEZ By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated November 18, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION, part of Oakdale Subdivision, SECTION “B”, FIRST WARD, all in accordance with the plan of Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, Civil Engineers, dated April 30, 1959, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 4117, adopted July 2, 1959, registered in COB 482, folio 53, which said lot is more fully described as follows: LOT 28, SQUARE 29, bounded by Cranberry Drive, Stumpf Boulevard, Terry Parkway and Browning Lane, said Lot 28 commences at a distance of 418.54 feet from the intersection of Cranberry Drive and Stumpf Boulevard and measures thence 58 feet front on Cranberry Drive by 61.51 feet in width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. Further in accordance with a survey by Adloe Orr, Jr. & Associates, Civil Engineers, dated July 14, 1960, a copy of which is annexed to act registered in COB 516, folio 607; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property . The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 421 Cranberry Drive, Gretna, Louisiana 70056. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
