LOVELESS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated November 14, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on May 13, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That portion of ground together with all the buildings and improvements thereon belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that Part thereof known as Highway Park, in Plot 474, bounded by Kansas, lowa, Third and Fourth Streets. Said portion of ground is composed of Lot Nos. 45 and 46, according to plan of subdivision of Highway Park by A. D. Dusenbury, C. E., dated December 5, 1925, filed for record in Plan Book 9, folio 11, Parish of Jefferson, according to which plan said Lot 46 begins at a distance of 50 feet from the corner of Kansas and Fourth Streets and said portion measures thence 50 feet front on Kansas Street, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines: all as more fully shown on plat of survey by A. W. J. Bisso, C. E. & S., dated May 15, 1955, annexed to act of Harold R. Ainsworth, Notary Public, dated June 17, 1955, registered in COB 382, folio 244; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
