JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 870-044 MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS OF COLORADO, LLC VS SANJAY RAMAN By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated November 6, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on April 8, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Stonebridge by resubdivision approved by Ordinance #15014, recorded in COB 1019, folio 674, in January 1982, and all as more fully shown on a plan of resubdivsion prepared by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated August 31, 1981, as Lot 353, Square 14, Section 2, which measures as follows: Said LOT 353 OF SQUARE 14, is bounded by Lake Lynn Drive, Parcel 2A (120' Louisiana Power & Light Company Right of way side), Bayou Barataria and 180' Trapp Canal Right of Way side. In accordance with a survey of Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Inc. dated June 24, 1992, said lot measures a first front on 37.06 feet and a second front of 71.59 feet on Lake Lynn Drive, a first width in the rear of 31.12 feet and a second width in the rear of 36.89 feet, by a depth along the northwesterly most sideline of 181.19 feet, and a depth along the opposite sideline of 199.22 feet.
