LITTLE FARMS, the SOUTHWEST BOUNDARY LINE OF WAGNER PARK and THOREAU STREET, designated by the LETTER "U" on a survey made by E.L. Eustis & Sons, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, dated April 14, 1959, a copy of which is attached to Act passed before Margaret Gaudin, Notary Public, on May 13, 1959, and, according to which, said Lot commences at a distance of 210 feet from the corner of Thoreau Street and Suzanne Drive, and measures thence 70 feet front on Suzanne Drive, by a depth of 131.71 feet between equal and parallel lines.
