JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 869-873 FIDELITY BANK VERSUS DAVID LOUIS, III By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 27, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain Condominium Parcel in the Fountain Court Condominium, a Condominium, as created by that certain Condominium Declaration, executed by Villere Development Group, Inc., dated April 15, 1980, before William P. Stahl, Notary Public, bearing Entry No. 919615, registered in C. O. B. 980, folio 062, of the Registrar of Conveyances for the Parish of Jefferson, as amended by an Amendment to Condominium Declaration executed by Villere Development Group, Inc., dated April 15, 1980, before William P. Stahl, Notary Public, bearing Entry Number 919264, registered in C. O. B. 980, folio 092 of the Registrar of Conveyances for the Parish of Jefferson, which Parcel consists of Condominium Unit No. 10, together with an appurtenant undivided .8915% interest in the Common Elements, which said Condominium Unit and Common Elements are included within and situated upon: TWO CERTAIN PLOTS OR PORTIONS OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, being a resubdivision of a portion of the Elmwood Lafreniere Plantation, situated in Section 41, Range 10 East, Township 12 South, Southeastern District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River; and according to plan by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C. E., dated November 6, 1979, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 14152, adopted December 19, 1979 and registered in C. O. B. 673, folio 991 and said plots or portions of ground being designated and described as follows: Plot C-9-E-1 bounded on the South by Veterans Memorial Highway, on the East by Plot C-9-X, on the North by Plot C-9-E-2 and on the West by Chetta Drive; and said Plot C-9-E-1 commences at a distance of 128.84 feet from the corner of Veterans Memorial Highway and Chetta Drivve and measures thence in an easterly direction, 236.50 feet front on Veterans Memorial Highway, thence in a northerly direction along the sideline adjoining Plot C-9-X, a depth of 331.24 feet; thence in a westerly direction, a width in the rear of 236.50 feet; thence in a southerly direction along the sideline nearer Chetta Drive, a depth of 331.24 feet, back to the Point of Beginning; AND Plot C-9-E-2 bounded on the south by Plot C-9-E-1, on the East by Plot C-9-X, on the North by Canal No. 3, and on the West by Chetta Drive; and said Plot C-9-E-1 commences at a distance of 128.84 feet from the corner of Veterans Memorial Highway and Chetta Drive and measures thence in an easterly direction, 236.50 feet front on Veterans Memorial Highway, thence in a northerly direction along the sideline adjoining Plot C-9-X, a depth of 331.24 feet, to the Point of Beginning of Plot C-9-E-2; thence in a southerly direction along the sideline adjoining Plot C-9-X, a depth of 339.40 feet; thence in a westerly direction along Canal No. 3, a width in the rear of 236.29 feet; thence in a southerly direction along the sideline nearer Chetta Drive, a depth of 338.83 feet; thence in an easterly direction, a distance of 236.50 feet, back to the Point of Beginning.
