VS THE UNOPENED SUCCESSION OF AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DANIEL LEO DUNHAM A/K/A DANIEL LEO DUNHAM A/K/A DANIEL L. DUNHAM A/K/A DANIEL DUNHAM By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated November 3, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Eighth Ward of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Airline Park, according to a plan by H. E. Landry, C.E., dated October 26, 1950, revised September 13, 1951, and revised plan by H. E. Landry, C.E., dated January 9, 1951, revised September 13, 1951, both on file and of record in plan book 16, Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, according to which, said portion of ground is described as follows: Lot 17, Square "G", bounded by Montgomery and Mitchell Avenue, Airline Park Boulevard and Hodgson Avenue, measures 50 feet front on Montgomery Avenue, same width in the rear by a depth of 109 feet between equal and parallel lines; all as more fully shown on sketch by H.E. Landry, C.E., dated October 26, 1951, revised May 15, 1952, annexed to an act recorded at COB 320 folio 666 in Jefferson Parish. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
