JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 869-229 JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION VS RONALD A. GUIDRY, SR. (A/K/A RONALD A. GUIDRY) By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 8, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, prescriptions, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as EDWARDS SUBDIVISION, in SQUARE NO. "E", bounded by Joyce, Twelfth, Thirteenth Streets and Farm Lot No. 235-C, which said lot of ground is designated by the NUMBER 36, commences at a distance of 225 feet from the corner of Joyce and Twelfth Streets and measures thence 75 feet front on Joyce Street, the same width in the rear, by a depth on the side line nearest to Twelfth Street of 71.09 feet and a depth on the opposite side line of 70.87 feet all according to sketch of survey of J. J. Krebs and Sons, Inc., certified by John Krebs as of November 26, 1965, a copy of which is annexed to act passed before Allain C. Andry, Jr., Notary Public, dated May 20, 1966, for reference. All in accordance with a survey of Don A. Garland, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated September 2, 1977 and recertified September 14, 1977.
