JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 869-224 FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2019-1 VS CHERYL C. COLEMAN By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 6, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 28, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in Township 14 South, Range 23 and 24 East, Southeast Land District of Louisiana, West of the Mississippi River, known as Harvey Canal Property, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, designated as Parcel Q-2-A, all as per plan by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E., dated May 15, 1973, revised September 26, 1973, April l1, 1974, May 5, 1975, December 29, 1975, October 19, 1976, March 27, 1978 , July 24, 1978, December 5, 1979, May 22, 1981 and October 1, 1982, which said portion has been resubdivided into WOODMERE SOUTH SUBDIVISION SECTION 2, all as per plan or resubdivision made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E, & S., dated September 28, 1982, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council by Ordinance No. 15418, recorded in COB 1042, folio 673, and as per Act of Dedication before Odom B. Heebe, Notary Public, dated June 30, 1983, recorded in COB 1056, folio 89, same being designated as follows: LOT 414, SQUARE K, which said square is bounded by MORRISWOOD DRIVE, KEITH-WAY DRIVE, WOODBRIAR DRIVE and DESTREHAN AVENUE, said LOT 414 commences at a distance of 261.22 feet from the intersection of DESTREHAN AVENUE and MORRISWOOD DRIVE, and measures thence 60 feet front on MORR1SWOOD DRIVE, same in width across the rear, by a dept of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines; all as per survey made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., C. E. & S., dated March 13, 1984, resurveyed April 26, 1984 to show improvements designated as 3717 MORRISWOOD DRIVE.
