JOHNSON A/K/A ELISKA JOHNSON AND THE UNOPENED SUCCESSION OF AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JEWEL F. JOHNSON A/K/A JEWEL F. JOHNSON A/K/A JEWEL JOHNSON By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 13, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 28, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the City of Kenner, Louisiana, in Greenlawn Terrace Subdivision, formerly part of Highway Park, in Square No. 98, bounded by Connecticut Avenue, 21st Street, Colorado Avenue and 20th Street, designated as Lot “B”, all in accordance with survey of Adloe Orr, Jr., & Associates, C.E. dated June 27, 1956, approved by The City of Kenner under ordinance no. 390 on August 24, 1956, registered in plot plan book 30, folio 39; with said lot commencing 50 feet front from the corner of Connecticut Avenue, and 21st Street, and measures thence 50 feet front on Connecticut Avenue, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet, between equal and parallel lines; all in accordance with survey of Adlor Orr, Jr., & Associates, C.E. dated May 24, 1957. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
