HILLIARD ANDERSON By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated September 18, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as BENT TREE ESTATES, SECTION 3, being a resubdivision of a portion of Parcels G-321, G-322 and G-323, Lower Estelle Plantation, in accordance with a Plan of Resubdivision made by Krebs, LaSalle, LeMieux Consultants, Inc., dated September 15, 1995, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance No. 19599 on February 7, 1996, registered in COB 2933, folio 358, Entry No. 96-09377. And further a resubdivision of Lots 6 & 7 into Lots 6A & 7A in accordance with a resubdivision plan made by Krebs, LaSalle & Lemieux Consultants, Inc., dated March 12, 2003, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council on April 9, 2003, under Ordinance No. 21822 and filed as a Title Change in COB 3097, folio 921, and being more particularly described as follows: LOT 6A, SQUARE D. Said Lot 6A is bounded by Jared Lane, Bark Avenue, Woodmere Subdivision (side) and 70' Drainage Servitude (side) and measures as more fully described on survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveying & Engineering, dated April 3, 2004, Found as Shown August 6, 2004, copy of which is attached to mortgagors acquisition of even date hereof; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
