J. Krebs and Sons, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, dated November 15, 1959, a copy of which is attached to an act passed before Lazard Levy, Notary Public, dated December 31, 1959, registered in COB 497, folio 203, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, and approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under ordinance no. 4357, and according to said plan said lot of ground measures 104.395 feet front on Urbandale Street, a width in the rear separating it from lot number 23-C of 104.375 feet, a depth on the side line separating it from Homestead Farm Number 21 of 240.21 feet, and a depth on the side line separating it from lot number 23-B of 241.78 feet.
