JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 868-568 THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 VERSUS TOMMY L. THOMAS, JR. By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated November 20, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the CITY of KENNER, PARISH of JEFFERSON, STATE of LOUISIANA, in that part thereof known as HIGHWAY PARK SUBDIVISION, in SQUARE NO. 214, bounded by Kentucky Avenue, 33rd Street (formerly 15" Street), Louisiana Avenue and 32nd Street (formerly 14th Street), which lots are designated as LOTS 3 and 4 on a survey by R.L. Schumann, Surveyor, dated November 30, 1972, and an additional 7 1/2 feet along the rear and adjoining Lots 3 and 4 composed of a portion of the original 15 foot alley adjoining the rear of the original Lots 3 and 4, the dedication of which was revoked by Ordinance No. 1579 of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Kenner, dated November 12, 1973, which is registered in COB 804, folio 196. LOT NOS. 3 and 4 adjoin each other and measure each 25 feet front on Kentucky Avenue, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 127 1/2 feet between equal and parallel lines, Lot No. 3 lying nearer to and commencing at a distance of 50 feet from the corner of Kentucky Avenue and 33rd Street.
