JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 868-381 DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS1 VERSUS THE SUCCESSION OF SHARON G. LONG A/K/A SHARON G. LONG A/K/A SHARON LONG By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated December 9, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on April 1, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, City of Kenner, in that part there of known as Highway Park Subdivision, said portion of ground is designated by the lot numbers 13 and 14 of Square 13, which square is bounded by Illinois Avenue, Indiana Avenue, 44th Street (formerly 26th Street), and 43rd Street (formerly 25th Street), and measures in accordance with a plan of R. B. Rordam, C.E., dated November 9, 1950, a copy of which is annexed to an act before Edward J. Stoulig, Notary Public, dated February 16, 1951, and registered in COB 299, folio 151, as follows, to wit: Lots numbers 13 and 14 of Square 13 adjoin each other and measure each 25 feet front on Illinois Avenue, same width in the rear, by a depth of 127.5 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by Eugene I. Estopinal and Associates, dated September 27, 1977, redated December 8, 1977, copy of which is annexed to Act No. 847638. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
