B. Rordam, C.E., dated November 9, 1950, a copy of which is annexed to an act before Edward J. Stoulig, Notary Public, dated February 16, 1951, and registered in COB 299, folio 151, as follows, to wit: Lots numbers 13 and 14 of Square 13 adjoin each other and measure each 25 feet front on Illinois Avenue, same width in the rear, by a depth of 127.5 feet between equal and parallel lines.
