JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 867-825 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC VERSUS EZEKIEL LEWIS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated August 20, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on November 19, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: One certain lot or lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Orleans Village Subdivision, Section 4, in Square H thereof, bounded by Mt. Revarb Court, Mt. Kennedy Drive, Rochester Drive and Mt. Blanc Drive, designated as Lot 1 on the survey made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated September 23, 1971, resurveyed November 8, 1972, a copy of which is annexed to an act passed before H. Edward Ellzey, Notary Public, dated November 9, 1972, according to which said lot forms the corner of Mt. Revarb Court and Mt. Kennedy Drive, and measures thence 65.03 feet front on Mt. Revarb Court, thence along the arc of a curve at the intersection of Mt. Revarb Court and Mt. Kennedy Drive, a distance of 38.84 feet, a width in the rear of 54.50 feet, by a first depth and front on Mt. Kennedy Drive of 54.25 feet, thence a second depth and front on Mt. Kennedy Drive of 14.38 feet, by a depth on the opposite sideline of 89.93 feet. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
