GIRON A/K/A ESTHER GIRON By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated August 7, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on October 22, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated as follows: Townhouse Unit No. 119 of Beau Chateau Condominiums, Municipal No. 1020 St. Julien Drive, together with all the rights and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, including rights to the common elements and limited common elements, as provided in the Condominium Declaration Creating and Establishing Beau Chateau Condominiums (the Condominium Declaration), including the survey, plat, plans and other instruments annexed thereto as Exhibits A through C executed on behalf of Beau Chateau Condominiums, dated November 7, 1979, registered in the records of the conveyance office of the Parish of Jefferson, in COB 983, folio 940 and the amendments thereto, dated October 9, 1980, registered in COB 990, folio 598, said Unit 119 being more particularly described in the Condominium Declaration and the amendments thereto as Exhibits A through C.
