JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 867-119 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC VS BEVERLY SPIEGEL LOPEZ A/K/A BEVERLY SPIEGEL VAURIGUAD LOPEZ By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 29, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, west of the Mississippi River, and in accordance with a plan of subdivision made by F.G. Stewart, Surveyor, dated June 1, 1954, certified correct November 1, 1954 and revised March 23, 1955, said property is situated in Normandy Park Subdivision in Square "C" thereof, which Square C, in accordance with said plan of subdivision, is bounded by Wiegand Drive, Pato Street, the Eastern Boundary Line of said subdivision, and by an unmarked portion of square of ground on its south side, which unmarked portion of ground fronts on Highway No. 30, said lot being designated as Lot Number Nineteen (19) and measures 63 feet front on Wiegand Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 100 feet, all as more fully shown on a survey made by F. G. Stewart, Surveyor, dated October 1, 1955; said lot commences at a distance of 1,892.72 feet from the corner of Wiegand Drive and Highway No. 30; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property . Improvements thereon bear the Municipal Number 929 (former 641) Wiegand Drive, Westwego, LA 70094 aka 929 Wiegand Drive, Bridge City, LA 70094.
