JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 867-082 STATES RESOURCES CORP. VS DAMIAN J. BROWN, AND ROSHAWN HENDERSON By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 29, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on December 17, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; situate, lying and being in the City of Westwego, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as SEGNETTE ESTATES, in accordance with the plan of resubdivision by Dufrene Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated at Harvey Louisiana, November 2, 2004, approved by the City Council for the City of Westwego under Ordinance No. 1296, adopted January 10, 2005 and approved by the Mayor of the City of Westwego on January 11, 2005, and which ordinance is registered under Entry No. 105O7160, in COB 3139, folio 842, of the Conveyance Records of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, and also in accordance with a plan of survey by Dufrene Surveying and Engineering, Inc., dated at Harvey, Louisiana, August 23, 2022; and according to said plans, said lot is designated as LOT THREE (3) of SQUARE FOUR (4), which said square is bounded by Osprey Drive, Pintail Drive, Lapalco Boulevard and Parcels C and J; and according to said plan, said Lot 3 measures NINETY AND 48/100 (90.48') FEET front on Osprey Drive, with a width in the rear of NINETY AND 33/100 (90.33’) FEET, by a depth on the sideline adjoining Lot 2 of ONE HUNDRED NINE AND 30/100 (109.30’) FEET and a depth on the sideline adjoining Lot 4 of ONE HUNDRED TEN AND NO/100 (110.00') FEET. BEING A PORTION OF THE SAME PROPERTY which was acquired by Marrero Land and Improvement Association, Limited from Southside Plantation Company, by act before A.W. Cooper, late Notary Public of Orleans Parish, dated March 2, 1908, registered in COB 27, folio 234, of the Conveyance Records of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana.
