JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 866-839 KIRKLAND FINANCIAL LLC VERSUS NAILOR SERVICES, LLC By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 17, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 21, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: **TO BE SOLD SEPARATELY** ATTACHMENT “A” THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as ORLEANS VILLLAGE, SECTION ONE, being a part of the resubivision Lots H-401, H-402, and H-403 of Ames Farm, Township 14 South, Range 23 East, Southwest Land District of Louisiana, West of the Mississippi River, which resubdivision was approved by the Jefferson Parish Council on May 14, 1978, under Ordinance No. 9654, same being registered in COB 715, folio 582, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, which said ordinance was in accordance with a certain plan of survey by J.J. Tilotson, Notary Public, on June 19, 1924, the said Farm Lot "a9" being shown on a map made by J.W.T. Stephens, C., and M.E., dated New Orleans, Louisiana, March 6, 1920, a copy of which is in the office of the Clerk of Court for the Parish of Jefferson , and also in the office of the Jefferson Title Co.
