Thence, continue S 86 degrees 06’ 21" E a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, marked by an iron rod (set); thence, S 03 degrees 53’ 39" W a distance of 292.75 feet to a point; marked by an iron rod (set); thence, N 86 degrees 06 ’ 21" W a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, marked by an iron rod (set); thence, N 03 degrees 53’ 39" E a distance of 292.75 feet to a point, marked by an iron rod (set), being the point of beginning.
