BLACK A/K/A JENNIFER AMMARI BLACK By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 3, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 28, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that part thereof known as GREENLAWN TERRACE SUBDIVISION, in SQUARE NO. 144, bounded by California Avenue, 35th (late West Esplanade), Arkansas Avenue and 36th (late Eighteenth) Street, designated as LOT "G", all as more fully shown on survey by Sterling Mandle, Land Surveyor, dated March 7, 1973, a copy which is annexed to act dated May 3, 1973, recorded on May 9, 1973, registered in COB 788, folio 958, which said lot commences at a distance of 211 feet from the corner of California Avenue and 35th (late West Esplanade) Street and measures thence 51 feet front on California Avenue, the same in width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
