Krebs & Sons, Inc., C.E., dated August 3, 1964, as Lot 31, Square 4, bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Sixth Street, Silver Lily Lane and the southern boundary of the subdivision (Acres Road side). Lot 31 commences at a distance of 495 feet from the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Sixth Street and measures thence 55 feet front on Lincoln avenue, the same in width in the rear, by a depth of 114.28 feet on the sideline nearest Sixth Street and a depth of 114.59 feet on the opposite sideline.
