AND ESTATE OF BERNADETTE DIVINITY PETERSON A/K/A BERNADETTE PETERSON By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated June 5, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 10, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, lying East of the Mississippi River within Section 30 of Township 14 South, Range 24 East, being comprised of arpent Lots 27 thru 35 of Cazalar Plantation designated as Tract B on a plan by Gandolfo, Kuhn, Lueke & Associates, dated August 10, 1977, drawing No. B 282-1, a print of which is attached to an act before Leonard H. Rosenson, N.P., on December 9, 1977, registered in COB 913, folio 622, and a portion of Arpent Lot 26 of the Cazalar Plantation designated as Lot 26-X-2A on plat of survey by the office of Gandolfo, Kuhn, Luecke Associates dated May 1, 1978, Drawing B 282-2 a print of which is attached to an act before Gerald R. Cooper, NP, dated September 20, 1978, registered in COB 939, folio 318, now designated as PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION, an a plan of resubdivision of Tract B, Parcels 26-X02A, 26B, and 26C of the Cazalar Plantation , into Parcels X-1, X-2, X-3, Y and 2-1, and Lots I through 177 on a plan of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated May 9, 1978, approved by the Council of the Parish of Jefferson, under Ordinance No. 13501 adopted August 2, 1978, registered in COB 937, folio 147 and which portion of ground is designated as LOT 4, SQUARE 7, bounded by Kingsway Drive east, Park Place Drive, Lennox Boulevard (side), Westside Drive (side) and Park Place subdivision, Section 2 (side), said Lot measures 60 feet front on Kingsway, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines, All more fully shown. on a survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated March 7, 1980, and further shown on a survey by Gilbert, Kelly Couturie, Inc. dated August 1, 1987.
