JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 864-977 ASSURANCE FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC VERSUS ANISHKA CHANTELL DEGRUY AND TYJUAN V. CARTER By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated May 30, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on March 11, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, in the Parish of Jefferson, TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVISION NUMBER NO.7, being part of Oakdale Subdivision, Section "B", First Ward, all in accordance with the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr., and Associates, Civil Engineers, dated May 10, 1960, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under Ordinance 4921, adopted February 16, 1961, registered in C.O.B. 524, folio 586, Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, on February 23, 1961, and in Plan Book 42, folio 50, Office of the Clerk of Court, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, said lot is designated as LOT 15 in SQUARE 107, bounded by South Glencove Lane, Gary Lane, the northerly boundary of the subdivision and Romona Lane. Said lot commences at a distance of 61 feet from the corner of South Glencove Lane and Romona Lane, and measures thence 60 feet front on South Glencove Lane, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines, all as more fully shown on the survey of Gilbert, Kelly and Couturie, Civil Engineers, dated April 19, 1979. Said measurements are more fully shown on a Plan of Survey by Wilton J. Dufrene, Land Surveyor, dated January 29, 1985, and according to said survey, Lot 15 is bounded by South Glencove Lane, Romona Lane, Gary Lane and the Southern Line of Subdivision TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
