SPEED A/K/A MARGARET SPEED By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated June 2, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: One certain lot or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the City of Kenner, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, designated as Lot 5A, Square F, of Southlake Villages Subdivision, Section II, as more fully shown on the plan of resubdivision of BFM Corporation, dated May 12, 2000, revised May 16, 2000, and May 17, 20000, accepted by the City of Kenner on May 18, 2000, Ordinance No. 8286, and recorded in COB 3032, folio 469, Instrument No. 10026577, said ordinance having been corrected by Resolution No. B-14035 of the City of Kenner, dated January 18, 2001, and said plan being further revised July 26, 2000, and September 12, 2000, and being further accepted by the City of Kenner on October 19, 2000, Ordinance No. 8363, and recorded in COB 304’, folio 141, Instrument No. 10055016, said ordinance having been corrected by Resolution No. B-14036 of the City of Kenner, dated January 18, 2001, and recorded in COB 3046, folio 237. Said Lot 5A, Square F measures 67.00’ front on Cane Bayou Lane, same in width in the rear, by a depth of 120.00’ between equal and parallel lines.
