By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated May 15, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Terrytown Subdivision, Subdivision No. 8, being part of Section D of Elmwood Subdivision, located in Section 17, Township 13 South, Range 24 East and in Section 30, Township 14 South, Range 24 East, all in accordance with the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr., and Associates, C.E., dated April 22, 1964, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under ordinance no. 6610, registered in COB 590, folio 515 on May 4, 1964, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana and as per plan made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, C.E. & S., dated July 20, 1971, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under ordinance no. 10338 and as per plan of resubdivision made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated May 18, 1972, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council under ordinance no. 10725, recorded as is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Lot 25, in Square 129, which said square is bounded by Morningside Drive, North Marlin Court, West Marlin Court, East Marlin Court and Mink Street, and said Lot 25 commences at a distance of 255 feet from the corner of Morningside Drive and Mink Street and measures thence 60 feet front on Morningside Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 115 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by Wilton J. Dufrene, Land Surveyor, dated September 21, 1991. All in accordance with a survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., dated May 27, 1997.
